the hotel staff greeted us warmly upon arrival and made us feel welcome. the rooms were cozy and well equipped, and we loved the beautiful gardens around the hotel, which offered a peaceful escape from the busy streets. the food at the hotel's restaurant was also quite tasty and reasonably priced.
the hotel was not well maintained, with peeling wallpaper and outdated furnishings.

Services were friendly, no complaints. The hotel was situated close to the Mini to Baalbeck bus stop, just 10 minutes walking distance. Free parking was provided to the guests. Distance to domaine des tourelles was only 1 mile;)))

The location was great, allowing us easy access to nearby attractions and cities. The room we stayed in, Room 110, was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We really appreciated the attention to detail and the high-quality service provided by the staff. The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast and we enjoyed dining in their charming restaurant. Additionally, the hotel's garden was beautifully decorated, adding to the overall ambiance of this place. we highly recommend this hotel to families and anyone looking for enhanced comfort and quality services.

We wanted to visit the nearby ksara winery. The staff were nice, mostly. The room and hotel were comfortable. The breakfast was good.
We stayed when 2 weddings were on, we felt that the staff were more occupied with these events than other guests. We had no plug for the bath tub and the staff could not produce one. We had a rear room and the wedding parties were very noisy, until past 1am.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff at reception was extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The hotel offered us a complimentary breakfast, even though we had booked a room without it. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and we were impressed by the old-fashioned charm combined with modern cleanliness. The location was easily accessible, and the hotel had its own parking facilities. We also loved the beautiful garden and river, which provided a relaxing and serene atmosphere. the hotel's facilities and the helpfulness of the staff made our stay enjoyable.
It was all superb.

The rooms were spacious and cozy, with beautiful views from the balcony. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was centrally located in the town and close to attractions such as Ksara Winery and Anjar ruins.- I also enjoyed dining at the outdoor restaurant, which had a romantic setting with a small river flowing through it.
The breakfast options were very limited and could use more variety. Some staff members, particularly one in the evening, were rude and not very friendly.

The hotel is nicely located and easily accessible from the main road. the rooms are spacious and clean, with soft and comfortable pillows. the green gardens surrounding the hotel are charming and provide a pleasant surprise. the breakfast is served to your table, offering a variety of options such as bread, cheese, jams, eggs, olives. the hotel also offers a Lebanese mezze dinner at the bistro, which is highly recommended.
The renovation of some indoor common areas is necessary to restore the old days' glow.
